Happy Rooster
We love to work with good quality produce and to make sure that we do everything to give you a great tasting plate of food.
Having the South East Asian cuisine as a platform for inspiration we incorporate Scandinavian produce and modern cooking techniques to create what we want to call Fine Street Food Asia.
We work with local, organic, Fairtrade, environmentally friendly and MSC produce as much as possible. However we always go with the best tasting, most seasonal and well treated foods as we can get our hands on.
